Governance Reviews

Independent governance reviews that provide a clear view of quality, safety, leadership oversight, accountability and regulatory assurance. Findings are translated into practical recommendations that support sustained improvement.

Clinical governance and quality assurance

Reviews draw on more than 30 years of experience across NHS provider services, NHS England, mental health, Health & Justice, forensic and secure settings. Areas considered may include governance structures, patient safety, clinical effectiveness, risk, incident learning, complaints, workforce and performance.

Evidence-based assurance

Evidence is analysed alongside staff, service-user, operational and performance information. Experience includes reviewing serious incidents, deaths in custody and complex complaints, identifying themes, risks, learning and required action.
